TEFL-Czech Republic - TESOL Czech Republic

Our TEFL school in Manaus is located in Morada do Sol, one of the best neighborhoods in the city. TEFL course participants walk 15 minutes to get to the most popular hotels, pubs and malls. Downtown Manaus with its landmarks, museums and municipal buildings is a 5-minute car ride away. It’s about 20 minutes (by car) away from Ponta Negra Beach, the most popular beach located at the mighty Rio Negro that feeds the Amazon River.

The TEFL certificate course is accommodated in a spectacular building that houses an English school, a Café, a library and a swimming pool. The Café serves delicious food typical for the Amazon region. Although it feels like a supermodern spa, the TEFL school in Manaus has everything in place to conduct a high-quality TEFL instruction that is prepared to give the teacher trainees the best education they can possibly get in the English-teaching field. The center employs highly qualified, experienced TEFL instructors. The EFL students are adult tourists and locals from Brazil.

Classes run between 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. The actual teaching practice starts with Week 2 of the TEFL program and continues daily up to the end of the course. Feedback and further practice follows the teaching practice classes. The TESOL certificate can be used inside Brazil or anywhere in the world. It is accepted by the highest-paying schools around the globe. ITTi Manaus will certainly help you land this English teaching position.

If besides traveling the world, your quality as an English teacher is important to you, you have come to the right place. If people compliment you for your teaching skills, we want to make sure you can proudly say, “I got my TEFL training with iTTi Manaus. They are truly the best!”

Deeply nestled in the middle of a sheer impenetrable Amazon Rain Forest, there is a creation of human civilization called Manaus. There are tribes inside the forest which no human being of the New World has ever seen. Those tribes have never learned anything but providing for their daily food. Although Manaus is in the middle of the rain forest too, it’s an ever growing, modern city with schools, universities, theaters, restaurants and parks where people live a life we are accustomed to. The capital of the largest Brazilian state, Amazonia, can be compared to one of the wonders of the world. It’s a masterpiece of Brazilian ingenuity that found its place at the banks of the gigantic Amazon River that moves immense amounts of water through the endless rain forest. To experience the contrast between the two worlds is an exciting moment in everybody’s life.

The Amazon State in Brazil is an amazing reservoir of the most incredible natural resources and the richest flora & fauna.

Manaus Weather
Manaus has a tropical monsoon climate, with more or less consistent temperatures all year round. Because the driest month, August, sees less than 60 mm of precipitation, the city's climate falls under the tropical monsoon climate category instead of the tropical rainforest climate category. There is rain throughout the year in the city, though there is a drier period from July to September
